As a result of our ongoing innovation and pursuit of excellence, we present a vision

of the future and the transformation of Monte Copey, along with a glimpse of the

first beans from Finca Monte Azul. In this exceptional terroir, and through a

rigorous process of genetic selection, we cultivate the finest Geisha plants chosen

by Enrique Jr. This coffee has undergone a slow fermentation at controlled

temperature in a Dark Room, resulting in an exceptionally clean, elegant, and

complex sensory profile.
